A teacher behind the practice
Rami teaches English conversation and works with learners on the situations they need to handle: a meeting, an interview, or an answer they cannot prepare in advance. Hermit brings that coaching together with session feedback and follow-up practice.
His Preply profile lists a verified Preply Language Teaching Certificate from 2025. On September 6, 2026, it showed 6,769 lessons taught and a 4.6 rating from 52 reviews. These figures describe his work on Preply; they are not a measure of outcomes at Hermit.
Student feedback
In a June 21, 2026 review on Preply, Pietro described Rami as getting him talking by “finding the topic that interests you the most.” That is one student’s account of a lesson, not a study of learning outcomes.

What we work on
A session starts with something you want to say. You speak, look at what happened with your coach, and choose a pattern to practise again. That might be a recurring grammar error, a difficult sound, or finding a way to continue after a pause.
The Personal Session Report gives you material to return to between sessions. AI helps identify language patterns; in teacher-led work, the teacher reviews the feedback and decides what is useful for you.
What psychology-informed means here
We pay attention to how pressure, self-monitoring, and conversational habits affect speaking practice. You still work on English: vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and how to organise an answer.
Hermit provides education and communication coaching. It does not provide diagnosis or mental health treatment. A report is feedback on a speaking sample, not a judgment of your intelligence or personality.
